1. Controller

The controller responsible for data processing on this website is:

Email: jocelyn@plentifulcommerce.com

Full contact details are listed in our Impressum.

2. Hosting & server log files

This website is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany. When you visit the site, the hosting provider automatically collects and stores information in server log files that your browser transmits — including IP address, date and time of the request, the page requested, browser type and version, and operating system. This data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in the secure and stable operation of the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

3. Contact

If you contact us via our contact form, email, or scheduling widget, the details you provide (such as your name, email address, and message) are processed to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and/or the performance of pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). This data is deleted once it is no longer required and no statutory retention periods apply.

4. Cookies & consent

We only use non-essential cookies and analytics tools after you have given your consent via our cookie banner (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 25(1) TDDDG). Until you consent, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity are not loaded. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future by using the “Cookie settings” link in the footer, which reopens the banner and lets you change your choice.

5. Google Analytics

With your consent, we use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). Google Analytics uses cookies to help analyse how visitors use the site. The information generated (including a truncated/anonymised IP address) is generally transmitted to and stored by Google, including on servers in the United States. Data transfers to the USA are based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw consent at any time via the cookie settings. More information: Google Privacy Policy.

6. Microsoft Clarity

With your consent, we use Microsoft Clarity, a product analytics and session-replay service provided by Microsoft Corporation (One Microsoft Way, Redmond, WA 98052, USA). Clarity captures how visitors interact with the site — including mouse movements, clicks, scrolling, and page interactions — to produce heatmaps and session recordings. This may involve the transfer of data to the United States, based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time via the cookie settings. More information: Microsoft Privacy Statement.

7. Scheduling widget (Ballpark)

We embed a scheduling/booking widget to let you book a call. When you interact with it, the provider may process the data you enter and technical connection data to deliver the service. Processing is based on our legitimate interest in offering an easy way to get in touch and/or pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b), (f) GDPR).

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

  • access your personal data (Art. 15)
  • rectification (Art. 16) and erasure (Art. 17)
  • restriction of processing (Art. 18)
  • data portability (Art. 20)
  • object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21)
  • withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7(3))

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at jocelyn@plentifulcommerce.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — for example the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA), the competent authority for Munich.
